- As the instant pot gets very hot so will still cook them. I cooked these on pressure cook mode.
- Once done they won’t be crisp like oven so you could put them in the grill on high for a few mins if you like the charred taste.
- Garnish with coriander but not essential. In this pic you will see I have onion with mine which I stir fried one onion on sauté 1st then did the chops.
Top with sliced butter and fresh tarragon on top. Add the beef stock and lemon juice into the Instant Pot. The Instant Pot makes cooking tougher cuts of meat or unknown foods a little less intimidating sometimes.
